1) Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). However, during busy times it may take a little longer.

French and German orders over 20 euros are sent free of charge using Royal Mail 48 service (some chain guards are sent by Hermes) and most items arrive within 2 - 3 days of dispatch. 1st class and guaranteed next day shipping options are available at checkout for an additional charge. Please note: Replacements/refunds for lost items will only be given after 10 working days from the delivery due date.

International orders are processed with DHL/UPS/DPD/Mondial Relay/Colissimo. Delivery is usually within 5 - 7 working days after dispatch. Please note: Replacements/refunds for lost international items will only be given after 21 business days from the delivery due date.

Customers will automatically receive an email with tracking information once their order has shipped.

Please allow enough time for your order to arrive. We rely entirely on couriers and the postal service for the delivery of our items and there can be delays outside of our control.

If you are not there when the courier calls he will leave a message with instructions on how the delivery can be re-arranged. Please respond promptly to prevent the package from being returned to us.

To protect us from fraudulent undelivered item claims, all packages are shipped with shipping confirmations. We do not issue refunds for packages that show as delivered on the courier's tracking page.

If international orders are returned to us because the item was not collected, shipping costs will be deducted from any refund

2) Value Added Tax (VAT)

All prices shown are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated.

Overseas customers please note that the recipient is fully responsible for any additional local import duties/fees/taxes that may be charged. If a shipment is returned due to a refusal to pay these charges, GS Moto's cost (shipping and taxes) will be deducted from any refund. Please contact your local customs office for information on any fees that may apply.

3) Returns and Refunds

Our goal is that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If your item is faulty, please contact us to arrange a full refund. If you want to return your item because you've changed your mind, that's no problem. Simply return it to us within 30 days, unused and in the original packaging, and we will give you a full refund. In such cases, we ask the buyer to bear the cost of returning the goods. If you have paid extra for 1st class delivery, the additional postage costs will not be refunded.

Overseas Customers: If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind or ordered the item in error, our shipping cost and any import taxes we have paid will be deducted from your refund.

Please let us know via the contact form that you are returning your item and state the reason for the return.

The order can be canceled at any time before shipment by notifying us through the contact page. A full refund will be given.

Orders canceled after dispatch may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund excluding postage/shipping costs.

4) Warranty

Please inspect your item(s) carefully when they arrive and notify us of any problems as soon as possible.

Our products are guaranteed for three months against manufacturing and material defects from the date of purchase. If you need to make a warranty claim, please contact us at info@gsmoto.net and we will be happy to help.

We recommend professional installation of all carbon fiber and titanium products. If you choose to self-assemble, please note that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting therefrom.

billing terms

All payments are due when you place your order. If payment is not received or the payment method is declined, the order will not be accepted and no goods will be shipped. The buyer loses title to all items due to non-payment. We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept PayPal and bank transfer as payment methods.

Orders are subject to availability and price confirmation. We try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices on this website are correct, however errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have ordered we will let you know as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we cannot reach you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
