Payment & Delivery

In Germany, shipping is free if you are happy with DPD. We also offer paid options with DHL and UPS.

In France, postage is free if you are happy with Mondial Relay. We also offer paid options with Colissimo and Chrono.

To UK we send from France and Germany using the International Postal Service.

Shipping to all other countries is not free and costs vary. You can check the shipping cost by entering your selected products and address in the website checkout process. You will see the postage price before payment.

Please note that if you choose an express service and the courier does not deliver in time, we will not offer a partial refund on the postage costs you paid. The courier does not refund us for late delivery, so we cannot pay you for a part of the service that is not under our control.

For all services, if your parcel seems lost in the courier system, please note that after 2 weeks we will make an enquiry with the courier. The courier will normally take 2 weeks to reply. We will not discuss other solutions with you until both of these milestones have passed. If the courier fails to get the parcel to you within a month, then we will offer either a refund or a replacement. We will then make a financial claim against them to recuperate our own losses. With DPD Germany, we ask you to sign a document. We ask you because DPD insists.

If the courier claims they tried to get the parcel to you but nobody answered the door and / or that the parcel has been waiting too long at a collection point, we will wait for that parcel to be returned to us and we will send it out again at our expense. We will of course gratefully accept your offer to pay for postage again if you know it was your fault (eg incorrect details in the address, you forgot to go to the collection point etc etc)

Please accept my apologies for being firm. I use the best couriers available and give you choices, so you can choose the one you think offers the best service. And I do despatch the same day or the next day. But couriers do frequently under-perform, and I will not pay for their unsatisfactory performance.
